Lowell Crater (named for Percival Lowell) is a 203-kilometer diameter impact crater located in Aonia Terra. It has a ring of mountains in the center that gives the crater a bullseye appearance.
This image covers a terraced portion on the eastern side of the crater. From the relatively flat appearance of the terrain, you might be hard pressed to know you were inside an impact crater!
